Nunki growing still; Ships for newbies?

Buildings are continuing to be built in Southern Nunki, and existing buildings upgraded. IcyBluenose and Gkarr upgraded production in their electronics facilities at my request (or plea), because of a local shortage of electronics. Because of the erection of the droid factory, there are no electronics left for the starbase for building ships and equipment. Another Rad collector was built for similar reasons.

Natias, an alliancemate, has agreed to come to Nunki to build another electronics facility, much to my joy.

Also, Gaff and I have been discussing reinstituting an old TIRO tradition of providing free Spectres to new alliance members (obviously only to those who would need such a ship; more experienced players would not want or need to participate in this program). I have given Gaff a price quote for variously outfitted versions of Spectres; I am awaiting his decision.
